Entry Requirements
Age Requirement:
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of course commencement.
Assessment & Interview:
- Some applicants may be required to undertake a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment or an enrolment interview prior to acceptance.
Educational Background:
- Must have completed Australian Year 11 or equivalent level of schooling.
- Alternatively, a Certificate III or higher qualification from an Australian institution.
English Language Proficiency:
- Must demonstrate an English proficiency level equivalent to IELTS 6.0 with no band less than 5.5, or one of the following:
- IBT: 46
- PTE Academic: 42
- CAE: 162
- OET: B
- General English: Upper Intermediate
- MOI Certificate
- Certificate III or higher qualification from an Australian institution
Physical Ability:
- Must have the ability to participate in workshop training that involves physical activities, including lifting.
Safety Training:
- Prior to commencing the practical components of the course, students must complete the General Induction Training Program (White Card).
