Course Description

Entry Requirements
Age Requirement:
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of course commencement.
Assessment & Interview:
- Some prospective students may be required to undertake a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment or participate in an enrolment interview prior to acceptance.
Educational Qualifications:
- Must have completed Australian Year 11 or an equivalent level of schooling, or
- Hold a Certificate III or higher qualification from an Australian institution.
English Language Proficiency:
- Must demonstrate an IELTS score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5, or equivalent proficiency through one of the following:
- IBT: 46
- PTE Academic: 42
- CAE: 162
- OET: B
- General English: Upper Intermediate
- MOI Certificate
- Certificate III or higher qualification from an Australian institution
Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to carry out workshop training involving physical activity, including lifting.
General Induction Training:
- Prior to commencing the practical components of the course, students must complete the general induction training program (white card).
