By signing this Offer and Acceptance Agreement, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Enrolment. In this document, references to “the Institute” refer to the Registered Training Organization (RTO).
Refund Applications
Refund requests must be authorised by the Principal Executive Officer (PEO) of the Institute or their designated representative.
Amendments to Terms
The Institute reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment at any time. Updated terms will apply to all current and future enrolments.
Tuition Fee Payments
If a third party is responsible for paying your tuition fees, the Institute reserves the right to communicate with them regarding any payments or outstanding fees.
Notification of Changes
The Institute is required to notify the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Education of any changes in your enrolment status. This includes:
- Completing your program earlier than expected
- Transferring to another provider
- Exclusion due to academic performance
- Failure to meet visa conditions
- Changes in your study program or expected completion date
